Acey sounds kinda classy, and makes sense to me since the combined XJT/ASA will be operating on the ASA certificate. Would also be a nice nod to the history of the company even though they're losing the ASA name. That said, still not sure what my choice would be. WRONG.....they are not operating on the ASA certificate. They have said since day 1 it will be the XJT certificate due to Mexico operations. They serve more airports in MX than AeroMexico. The cost to bring the ASA certificate up to speed would be ridiculous. They will be under the BTA (Jetlink) certificate. Whether they keep the callsign, who knows.

1. I dont mind the expressjet name...fine
2. A lot of people like the "acey" callsign....get over it.
3. WHY THE HELL DID PEOPLE VOTE FOR NO NAME TAGS?????? I don't get the problem with it....

This is starting to go a lot like the contract negotiations....Expressjet guys want the world and are not willing to compromise.

Kinda startn to **** me off....just sayn....
