Ha! Yep, that pretty much sums up my experience as well. I tried it for a few months when I was a commuter hoping it would get me out of the crashpad but seemed like I would usually end up with ready reserve or some crappy turn that someone called in sick or commuter-claused for. Never saw that great of a benefit from it myself, but it is an option that's there for those that want it.
