Default ExpressJet Benefits

So I have started researching different airlines and looking at the benefits they offer. However, looking at XJT's website I can not find any info on this. So what I would like to know is the different benefits they offer, and the travel benefits for me and more importantly my family ect. Any insight would be great.

If you are not married, you can pick a travel companion. Like your girlfriend or whatever. They get all the bennies you do, for the most part.

Travel bennies at XJT are great. You get a travel comp. or spouse. (or lifepartner....if you're into that sort of thing....not that there's anything wrong with that....) Plus your parents get the same travel benefits, just on a slightly lower level on the standby list.

You also get 12 (I think) vacation passes per year which give you first class standby on any CAL flight ANYWHERE. You could take the wife to Rome or Paris first class and it won't cost you a dime for travel.

Do you get these passes as soon as you're hired or is there a minimum waiting period? If so, how long is it?

Thanx

My bad. I phrased my question incorrectly.

I meant to ask about the vacation passes (the first class, totally free ones). Also, can you confirm you get 12/year? (is that one-way or R/T?)

Thanks for your info!

12 a year is correct. as far as know...one way or 2 round trip.(i think) I haven't used any... Jumpseating is always free, can't do international though. I never paid to to commute or travel in the states.

It's 12 a year, but I believe they are accrued every January 1st after one calendar year of service. Clear as mud? In other words, if you are hired "today," you won't receive vacation passes until 1/1/09. My DOH was 8/29/05, and I finally received mine last month.
