They look at what we have signed in the past to see if we set high standards for ourselves. In our case we don't, you could say our pilot group is cowardly. I mean after all we are just here for the love of flying, and have no need for the QOL.

Awww...that's cute. Truthfully though, you probably know very little about my companies contract. To call our contract "inferior" when you yourself have no personal affiliation with it other than what you heard in the crew room is infantile. I'm glad you love life over at XJT...however, it's pretty close-minded to think that everyone else has a sh!tty contract.
