Pretty sure they ran it all through the shredder and then drew names.
Overall the process seemed much more humane than Southwest's, which was downright sadistic.

Please ensure that your application is published. I have had 3-4 friends who swear their application was published but going into the system, the application was still in draft mode. Draft mode could cause you not to be seen and possibly the reason you didn't get a opportunity for the job fair.

I registered for the fair but did not receive an invite when they went out. I checked the junk mailbox and everywhere else I could think of to check, nothing. I just received an email from the expo email address wanting to confirm that I will be attending. Anyone else in this situation?

I just received an email with a link to confirm my attendance and another link I think to download the info packet, forms etc. I did receive the earlier email as well. Sounds like you might be on the list. Follow the link and see what happens.
