Default Using my IDTravel for booking j/s

Can anyone give me some help with booking the j/s using my ID travel for American? I've tried, but after logging and selecting booking, it's asking for a ticket ID number. I've called and spoken with the AA j/s, non-rev listing agent and that was no help.
I'm not sure why it's asking for a reference number when I haven't booked yet.
Any help would be appreciated as I've ran out of ideas on how to go forward.
Thank you

Are you going to the "Commuter Travel" tab? That's actually where you List.

The commuter tab was the link! Thanks for the suggestions, I'm all set now.

Heck, I can't even log in using the username and password given in the latest JS email. What is the trick?

What I discovered was there's more than one website for my ID travel. You may be on the wrong one which I discovered as well. You need to use the full and exact address that is on the email you received. Give that a try with the mentioned UN and PW.

Another way to logon MyIDTravel is.
1. Logon to PFC
2. Resources tab
3. Forms
4. Personal travel
5. Halfway down the page is My ID travel instructions...click on the word...link (which is highlighted in orange) NOT the orange website address next to it.

It will log you in automatically.
