Default PNP Question

Someone told me today that scheduling mil leave on top of trips is credited as PNP. If this is true, can someone direct me where it addresses this subject in the contract? Been looking but haven’t found it yet. This would be a very powerful scheduling enhancement tool. Thanks.

Just regular make-up...like a normal drop trip request, but one that they have to honor.

8.C.1.f.i

If a pilot's trip is revised at or prior to his initial deviation check-in, as a result, the pilot is unable to report on time, the trip shall be dropped and the pilot shall be eligible for PNP makeup.
