Does anyone have a copy of the old Subic Bay RNAV approaches? Does anyone know what the decision height was?

Thanks

Sorry, no copy of the TLS approach to RW25 but want to say the minimums were about 1000 feet. It was a fun one,...once did it during the day, VFR, and would NEVER want to do it again IFR after that.
