Default Entrust token instructions

I give up. Nothing turns up in VIPS, iPad support, or even searching here. Iím stupid, I admit it - where are the instructions to move your soft token to a new phone?

Along those lines of new phone...has anyone gotten the iOS Facial Recognition to work with Entrust? Any tricks? I know the TouchID worked fine. Thanks.

Try enabling TouchID again. When I did that (even though I have an iPhone XR), it enabled Facial Recognition and now it works fine.
