I think the point is that folks are having trouble with Harvey Watt and jumping through all of (navigating) their hoops. Vigilint and Dr. C have made this process simpler and less frustrating.

Whats the rush to get back when you are paid to be at home with Covid positive regardless of vaccination status?
Except if you conflicted your whole month’s schedule in the hopes of flying draft, you have no MOU pay protection. I believe this is why some are hurrying back to work.

That was my point this entire string. Despicable. As we say we want a contract our behavior says otherwise. Im still trying to figure out why the company does AVA and Draft? Since so many think its ok to do it. Poof Covid is gone because all the draft crowd is fixing it for everyone.

If it was just a swap with open time it should be. But if you did a drop and draft, no.

yes it is pay protected. It’s explained in the MOU document and the Q & A document. Under Covid tab on union web page
