I understand what you are saying. But none of our work rules have a clause in them that make them different when in negotiations, which I’m all for by the way. In general, this is a bad work rule. It would be better if we were pay protected at straight pay for any trip once it’s on our calendar if it’s removed at no fault of the pilot. |
