I'm updating my app every other day, still waiting!

How do they usually contact for an invite? Email or phone?

Email

Some waited for 7+ years.

Keep plugging away and don't give up if it's truly where you want to be.

Any info on the new remote COG assessment? Wondering if it’s at all similar to the old one, the DAL/AAL assessments, or something different.

I'm hearing different things about the new FedEx interview process. Is the new online test the same type of knowledge test as it was in-person before, or is it more of a cognitive skills test like what Delta and AA have?

I heard it is NOT the JKT. That is is very similar to Delta. From a credible source but I don't know anyone who has actually done it yet.

It is JUST the cog and personality, no JKT, and it is similar to the existing ones. Really don’t need prep for it. They advertise about 3 hrs, but it can be done I about 1.5. And it is proctored via Zoom.
