Default Disability for probies?

Do first year pilots at Fedex have disability coverage or any other union assistance in case of a medical issue?

Also, since probationary pilots are considered “at will” employees, can one be terminated in case of having to go on disability?

Asking for a buddy. Thanks.

I’m not sure about disability. But I think termination is against the law.

Believe LTD kicks in after 180 days, but I’d think the benefits website will confirm that.
