It's worse: he's a union operative. Everything he ever says is 100% in support of ALPA, and our contract is the best thing ever and anyone who says otherwise is just misinformed. He places all blame on individual pilots, never the organization. The worst part is that we're probably paying him to post this crap on here.

No, you are supposed to be grateful that the old guys didn't get an improved retirement at your expense. Now, don't screw the old guys on this contract, we've earned a better retirement.

The failures of the union to keep increasing the A plan are not the failures of the old guys.

Don't blame me, I voted no!

Can we get an Amen!!!!!

And by we, I am sure that means every pilot at FedEx or who will be hired in the future!

I love if someone doesn't tow the same sport *****ing APC fest they, must not work here, or they must be management, or they must be in union leadership!

Maybe, this is going to sound crazy, we don't all think the same. crazy i know.

"G locked" WTF is that? Is that like G LOC? sounds similar to the untrained (aka non pilot) ear but is that the intended meaning? Who is unconscious here? IDK but he is getting paid by someone.

First I wasn't a FedEx pilot. Then I was management and now I am a union operative...................:D Now that is funny!!!! I couldn't muster the time to volunteer at this phase in life and wouldn't want to after seeing how most operate during negotiations at FedEx. All about themselves attitude by most in our pilot group. Most make decisions only for self enrichment. Look at the last 18 months for that example.

Why would I not be in support of the union? Aren't we all the union? Are we not counting on the Negotiation Committee to bring us a great contract? Are we not counting on the elected reps and officers to push for that great contract? Aren't we suppose to support that effort?

I never said our contract was the best thing ever. I just pointed out the areas we are better. Are we suppose to not look at those things? Are we suppose to act like they don't exist? Are we suppose to only look at the areas we want to make improvements?

It is becoming very apparent who is the management plants. Those usernames who are constantly working against those goals.

Dude, you are "G LOC'd" alright. Do you know how it is determined how someone is "G LOC'd"? 1. by the centrifuge training video of them doing the funky chicken or 2. Wingman watching the aircraft impact the ground. I enjoy you doing #1 but it is time for you to do #2. Go for new avatar name and start over.

You've been on my ignore list for quite some time, but the quote function makes it impossible to avoid your thoughts in their entirety.

I think I know why your position so frequently seems at odds with most here. Do not mistake your unprecedented rapid career progression for a good contract. You have moved up in terms seats at an unprecedented clip and receive a longevity raise every year. That is not indicative of a good contract, but of good fortune. Many of us who are now stagnated longevity-wise spent many years stagnated in terms of seat progression. Some of us even went backwards.

Your thoughts on status quo belie the fact that you've not yet experienced life under any type of a status quo.

No need to respond, you're still on the ignore list.

Lets set the record straight. I have stated numerous times I came to FedEx from another legacy. Prior to that, Part 91 and the regional airlines in the post 9/11 world. The last person I need to be preached at by is you regarding career stagnation, especially as you are sitting on WB Captains pay. Most likely for numerous years. Get a clue.

I have seen numerous airlines and contracts and lived under them in my career. How many airlines have you flown at besides FedEx? What have you done in your airline career to give back besides being a keyboard commando? You are sure tough. Much like many of the warriors on this site.

Merry Christmas and may god be watching over you as you fight this fierce battle on APC.
