These problems will not go away until we have real union leadership. We vote then in. It is our fault.
They can’t because they’re hub turning and flying DFT/AVA/VOL.

I know dozens that have emailed theirs reps and sent DARTs and get a head nod response.

Then maybe it is time to replace them with someone who will respond meaningfully?

That was a very informative PUB tho, wish more would have attended. It was good that the NC chair indirectly admitted that we gave concessions to the company in the first sections that were TAed because they promised him a quick TA with pay and retirement gains, but when they got to sections 3 and 28 the company decided to start playing sudoku instead. Now the company has their concessions locked in and can decide when and where to pay up (or not). Now we know what to expect and what to be looking for.
I must have missed the part where the NC said that. I remember a discussion about a question sent in. It had to do with the “no concession” chants on social media. Obviously ginned up by the bullet point document sent out at Delta.

A discussion ensued regarding what a concession is. Making changes to a section doesn’t automatically make it a concession. If this was the case you would never negotiate. Sometimes a good middle ground can be found for both sides. A win/win. As others have stated, let’s actually see the contract first. Not just a bullet point document like DL did. We still have not seen any language at Delta. Who wants to bet the language will definitely add some different perspectives on many of those bullet points. I have seen many of these bullet point AIP’s in my career and many times the actual language changes the conversation immensely.

every concession we've given the company in the last 20 years has been sold as either a win for the pilots or a win-win. Then we got screwed in the grievance process.

I'm willing to bet DAL's AIP truly does not have concessions. They are realizing that they NEED pilots and are opening the check book to make sure pilots come to DAL.

pretty simple stuff, even for half-wits!

if you can’t comprehend the simple stuff, how would you do so with complex contractual language, which is precisely why the company always wins; it’s because of nitwits like you and NoBrains.

Tough talk from an anonymous web board. Curious what you have done to step up? Perhaps you just have answers but no work ethic for a higher cause outside your personal self gratification.
