During Section 6, from the PM.

(a) Negotiating Committee members will be compensated at the rate of ninety-eigh
(98) CH's per month, subject to Section 60.M.2.b.(4) of ALPA Administrative
Manual. This compensation will be based on the rate of pay applicable to the
negotiating committee member. If the Negotiating Committee member
undergoes recurrent training and elects to have recurrent training count as a
workday, the FPL will be reduced by the value of that training cycle.
(b) Compensation rules set forth in Section III.F.2.a. through c. of the Policy
Manual shall apply.
(c) For a pilot who otherwise would have received a Bid Period Override (“BPO”)
per Section 11 of the CBA, the applicable BPO shall be converted into CH's an
added to the pilot’s compensation as determined in (3) a. above. No annual BPO
Year grade increases (as set forth in Section 11 of the CBA) shall apply while
the committee member is covered under this section.

I’m not sure it’s allowed to have both a traditional A-Plan and an MBCBP (technically a DB) simultaneously.

TA 1.0 literally offered some of our pilots the option to have both simultaneously.

I assume you mean the traditional A-Plan that was frozen? Frozen is one thing. Two DB’s accruing over time is the issue. Just what I’ve heard. Don’t know for sure.

Why do you think that? More likely is that MEC decided to let him go noncurrent and he's getting paid FPL. So if he returned to line, he would, just like any other pilot, get current, ck ride, etc. Do you know of some medical problem? Unlike the block 2 rep TC, who hasn't touched a jet in 24 months and appears to be unlikely to touch one ever again (is he even allowed to vote in this situation?)

PM has to go. I DO NOT trust anything he does. If it takes a little longer to get a TA that is fine. He is so arrogant that he thinks he is the only person who can negotiate. All he did on the last TA was concessions. I have no issue voting NO again and so do the many new hires I fly with who he tried to screw over because they could not vote due to probation.

If one already had 25 years, then they could have got the full pension with the increase and also the new increased B plan with MBCP. We have quite a few people in their 50s that would have really cashed in with this.

Are we all done yet worshipping at the altar of TC? I, for one, don’t want a dime of my dues going to support his welfare scheme.

Not at all. He's been leading the charge to get a better TA since before we even saw the first POS. It's too bad there's a sizable contingent of reps, NC members, and MEC officers that are willing to cost us all $70M/month so they can hold onto their positions as long as possible before being forcibly removed.

Opus-

The short and long answer is No. TC is the only reason we got rid of the POS TA. You are ill informed if you think otherwise. Now let's get in there and fix this contract.

Thank you again Tony!
