Hard to see a way from here to a 50%+1 TA, much less one we actually earned that could garner 60-70% or more.
As each day passes, those people become less relevant. Compared to last year, we now have a large group of younger pilots (many with regional union experience) that were on probation but now eligible to vote. A much better situation for those of us planning on a couple more decades here.

Glad to see how important you are just getting off probation.

Maybe you should read the MEC chairman's latest message.

I've been here six years, currently a 76 CA. I fly with a lot of the young guys, and they have some good thoughts on what needs to be changed around here.

Like it or not, the younger folks will be changing this company and the culture. I'm looking forward to it.

You (or any other pilot) had NO influence on that. Was purely hiring demographic and COVID.

Your just a pilot, hired at a good company doing the job you’re paid to do.

Since we don't have any influence on the company's success I guess we don't deserve to be paid as well as other pilots who help their company be successful.

I also fly with a lot of the more recent hires. They all share similar views as me.

Then why should FX pay you anymore then minimum wage? But wait, FX sucks and people should leave in droves. FX certainly can't be a, "good company".

To be clear, I voted NO within about .02 seconds of the vote closing. I must point out the lack of self-awareness here. You ARE the young/junior guy.

Your present seat/equipment doesn't make you senior or older.

Max,
You’re smarter than that! Don’t conflate our ability to fly an airplane professionally like DAL/AA/UAL/etc with building a company.
