Delta ALPA is also still under a court order concerning overtime flying from when there was a effort to reduce it during contract negotiations. That effort ended poorly for the pilots.

Your false information has been pretty much refuted here. But keep on with the line that working to help the company is in YOUR best interest.

Sailing’s post was related to a court order from a different set of contract negotiations.
I made a post about the most recent contract and how there was record overtime. Do you, or sailing, want to refute the *content* of my previous post?
I’ll ask you directly: quote me, verbatim, the information of mine that was “refuted.”
Edit: Most of the seniority list flying that overtime I referenced was hired after that court order, and were not aware of that court order. They were subject to a generic education campaign about not performing illegal work actions, with case studies from across the industry.
Are you suggesting a change to status quo under the RLA is in the pilot groups best interest?

Holy mother of god, after having read Pat DiMento’s latest message, this is a seniority holding member bashing his own pilot group. How are you guys OK with him saying all this crap about you guys while still holding a seniority number? I am understanding more every day UPS direct ******* you approach vs the I am gonna ******* you in the back while saying you’re awesome. We know the knife is coming full frontal, man, you guys knife coming from every direction.

I’ll break it down for you like this: not so long ago fdx was a premier destination for pilots. industry leading pay was a part of that allure. ergo, talented and motivated pilots applied and were hired, the same talent and motivation that got us through covid during very difficult conditions. mark my word, there would have been thousands and thousands more service failures under another banner.
not that complicated slick, but thanks for nitpicking in an effort to disqualify my positions on the state of our union. it ain’t good!

Thanks for the breakdown, however, it really doesn't make sense. You say that not so long ago fedex was a premier destination and industry leading pay was part of that allure. When was that? Not so long ago implies recent history. We haven't had industry leading pay since 2014. Yes, at the end of 2015, we briefly had a $10 per hour lead over Delta, but that quickly changed to Delta passing us by over $40 per hour, and that doesn't account for the fact that Delta reaches their top rate in 12 years, while ours takes 15 years. More than half of our crew force has been hited since 2015. You have been consistent in stating how poor our 2015 contract is. So, we have only had industry leading pay for a few months over the last 10+ years. The majority of our pilots have been hired since that time. Many, yourself included, talk about what a dumpster fire our 2015 contract is. Yet, we got through covid because this was a premier place not so long ago and industry leading pay rates were part of that? It just doesn't seem to add up.
