Just a swa guy here but I’m glad you guys were able to really take a deep look at the business. Those were some truly probing questions. You all look to be getting to the root of the issues and really bearing down on the meat and potatoes of what the future holds for the people at FedEx.

It was encouraging to see the airing of grievances. Everyone enjoyed a behind-the-scenes look at the recent issues.
Old business was moved to the back burner, and uncomfortable, probing questions regarding new business were taken from the rear of the group first.
After starting with a little light humor, and being quick to crack a few jokes, the VP absolutely wrecked ‘em with his analogy of the present economic situation, to similar ones in the rear view mirror.
However, many were quick to point out they are tired of being bent over by the company’s contract interpretations.
Thanks to all that participated openly.

that townhall was a disaster way to see how an executive is an executive because of daddy, and he has no business in making any big decisions as he throws a fit for losing his toy(USPS contract) and bash the competition for incompetence where they got fedex’s business and are growing their revenue and our plans to do so consist of TWO flight from Leige to MEM and IND and possibly a new one to OAK lol it was crash and burn **** show. Then another executive inability to answer a question about the future of pilot career at Fedex. Wake up young pilots the company wants you to stick around till September to fulfill the USPS contract, then October 1st is when the axe will drop. More than 6 times Justin emphasized “significant cut in flying” post September, hint hint poop storm is coming to company near you
