That's not how CIPPA works. You don't start recieving CIPPA payments until your Nth Number is activated. I personally was awarded a WB CA slot back on 21-01, but didn't start receiving CIPPA until late 2023.

He was awarded notional MEM 76C on 21-01. While a MEM 75 LCA. His Cippa expired and per the contract has to go to his awarded position.
Find something better to do with your time. Maybe start by telling him thanks for helping, first as an LCA and second as the MEC Charman.

YGTFSM - thanks for helping? He's an arrogant piece of work that is doing nothing but screwing the crew force. Probably the worst leader we've ever had in that office - well known for not responding to phone calls or emails from staffers or other MEC Officers. Hated by just about everyone that works for him.
Cuck wanted us to vote in the POS TA, which would have already had many of us out on the street.
Why didn't we all listen to you like last time when you helped sell the POS contract in 2015 right Tuck?
