Don't we Commercial all the time to Asia? Everyone top tier on their chosen Airline? Getting paid in lay flat seat both ways? And 99% commercial tickets for all? Yes, the quality of life items are just horriable. Not. Look over at Brown. They DH everywhere on there own metal. Cold, dark and with no warm peanuts. For Decades now.
We really do have it good here. |

UPS has CML tickets for domestic positioning. Internationally you will see some DH on company aircraft but a lot of commercials also. I commercialled to FRA four times last year.
Warm nuts to a cold damp crowded Freighter. We at FDX have a $1 million dollar perk per month UPS can only dream for. We have 99% Commercials. So it is horrible here. |

What is your definition of a lot? 20% of the lines? Most, or 80% of yours are on company metal DH's to and from Europe and Asia. And then with the remaining 20%; UPS cancels the Commercial and puts you on a Brown Tail.

A long time ago. Like i said in original thread. Depends on when one was hired. I am less senior on Z than I would be on the 747 sdf- % wise. So in my case, the 747 is less senior.

Seriously envious of the commercials, but who cares about 99% when all your international flying is going to be contracted out to the lowest bidder soon? What is 99% of 0?

Cocoloco isn't a Fedex pilot. He has claimed for quite a while to be a UPS pilot. Probably neither, just has fun playing make believe on these forums. Here is something he post on the UPS forum.
and this... Maybe it’s like a joint husband/wife account. |
