I really hope this is a joke. However, in case it is not, don't apply here. Go apply anywhere else. The company is at war with the pilots, and they are causing generational damage to the morale of the crew force. Southwest is opening up their hiring window. Other majors will soon. Apply to everyone, except here. Read this board if I can't convince you, but applying here would be the mistake of your career. Seriously, don't waste your time.

As far as pay scales, look at American, Delta, and United, and subtract 40%. Then subtract another 20% for 4a2FU. Meanwhile, the company is using the money it saves from screwing us to buy back literally billions of dollars in stock.

I've been here a long time, too long to leave or I would have left already. This place has always been cheap, but they are searching for new depths of cheapness. Save yourself, go work somewhere else.

And yet the Company Negotiating Team wants us, and the mediator, to believe we were still overmanned by the same number they've been claiming for 3+ years.

"We know that they are lying, they know that they are lying, they even know that we know they are lying, we also know that they know we know they are lying too, they of course know that we certainly know they know we know they are lying too as well, but they are still lying. In our country, the lie has become not just moral category, but the pillar industry of this country.”

You forgot to mention the most FU Union leadership. Half of them are idiots who don’t understand the RLA and think we can strike when they want. Now trying to recall again . What a BS email by CC. I thought recalls were detrimental, I guess only if it fits their delusional agenda.

Bubba, Nice jab against retired military. I have never heard any of them say that.

Unfortunately the junior in the past have done what it takes to get a contract. Now the junior just point fingers and post BS online instead doing what it takes. If the junior spent as much time rallying against the company as they do against the senior pilots we would have a great contract by now.

1500 TT, 3 shuttle landings and a penchant for buggery.

Eunuch with pilot's license and a strong desire to pick up draft and extension. That's their dream candidate. As far as current pay scale - it is definitely not current.

Recalls are fine when there’s a reason and the pilot group supports them. Losing a recall 2-1 and attempting it next month is selfish.
