Crazy is as crazy does!

Incredible that he and his other four diatribe manifesto writers want to be in control of our careers. Managements dream!

Oh, and are you going to vote to recall the man who stole money from our pockets by abusing the FPL system? Or do you care, since he is on "your" side?
Sounds good but never heard any actual names. Can you provide some? Talking 99 contract I presume - can you list some people that were status reps, fired and then rehired after?

I’m sure it feels good to you old timers, because the union run by the company is status quo at FedEx. It reminds you of the good old times… like when your friend’s airlines went bankrupt and you finally weren’t making second or third tier money.

For me, I’m hopeful that they will once again underestimate the pilot group as a whole, and we will throw them out again.

You thought that little of this pilot group and still decided to come here?

Default Reality Check

Regardless of your political affiliations regarding recalls, there is basic and irrefutable evidence concerning some of our elected reps in Council 26.

To be clear, I have no dog in this fight since my Block is in Council 7. But, I have a genuine concern about the conduct of all 3 reps.

SM and Memphis Mafia are politically driven. That’s an irrefutable fact. It’s counter to how a union should conduct itself.

Remove the politics and the answer is clear. They want to retain Blk 3 and 6 and remove Blk 11.

Our elected reps should be judged on THEIR actions alone - lack of professionalism, integrity, accountability, violations of the policy manual, violations of the RLA.

Remove the politics.
The answer is clear.
Blk 3 and 6 have demonstrated actions violating the trust we have given them.

Unilateral actions without consultation with their respective blocks is wholly unacceptable, Direct dealing (Blk 3) with the company outside Section 6 is reprehensible. Egregious use of FPL (both Blk 3 and 6) with no attempt to fly AFB tells you all you need to know about the character of both reps. Blk 6 as council chair has manipulated council meeting schedules to avoid recall. That’s cowardice defined.

Inappropriate use of union funds (our union dues money) falls under federal statutes. This is not simply a matter of administrative oversight. Let that sink in. There are serious ramifications for their actions pending.

Blk 3 and 6 should not be representing us as elected reps. Period, End of story. They are the very definition of how not to conduct yourself as a union leader.

Blk 11 is also not without criticism. Offhand comments have been construed as intimidation and possibly a WPV infraction. Internal friction within our MEC has created an unhealthy and unprofessional environment. Blk 11 will have to answer for his actions as well.

Ultimately, all 3 reps owe their blocks, council, and the crew force at large an apology. In my opinion, all 3 of them should step down immediately.

For the betterment of our Union, each member of LEC 26 needs to take an objective look and determine the suitability of each of these 3 reps continuing in their positions.

There is no place for political motivations or political protections. Each rep must stand alone and answer to their constituents.

At some point, this group needs to wake up and seek a higher level of accountability. The level of corruption and internal politics must come to an end. Service above self has been lost.

We must find it again with our elected reps and MEC officers. This is no longer about the 7 reps versus the 5 reps. It’s far more important than that simplification.

Now write it without AI

But seriously the commitment the short bus five and their minions has to a return to stagnation because their guy isn’t calling the shots is baffling. It’s almost like they want power for powers sake, not the betterment of their peers, which should be the only goal of a union officer.

See the lack of paragraph breaks is how you know it’s not ai.

Some of us with a legitimate college degree from credible universities can actually opine without AI. Simple minded twits always throw spears when the narrative doesn’t suit them. They simply cannot express themselves intelligently. Touché.

Mark Twain said it best regarding most of the dimwit clowns on this 12 angry boys forum …

“It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.”

Violations of the above quote are many and continuous here. Kindergarten milk break and recess is coming up. Try not to miss it.

An erudite pretentious fop, how quaint. Maybe use your precious degree to analyze why the short bus five are so anxious to stay in power, to the point that they organize recall after recall of those who oppose them. 2 of them will probably be fired when the contract is settled. They are not hostages, they did it to them selves. That is their motivation to drag it out. Pure selfishness.
