Easyhore should run for NC. So when he meets with the company they can say when he wants Delta work rules and pay rates they can tell him why should they pay that when they can pay 95% of the crew force way below delta while guys like you cover our screw ups for 1.5. No need to give you delta. You got the company covered.
Sure, it’s all because of the ICs. Nothing to do with our spineless MEC chair and his lackies the SW7D. Leadership starts at the top and we’ve never had the balls or fortitude to have a solid leader. Just angry words a couple times a year. Between the ICs and our joke of a union, we’ve really got management shaking in their boots.

The pilot group spoke and determined that they were done with Angry Elf approach and Cutler's losing team. The votes say it all. Now it's down to less than 100 of you trying to put Comer and Turner back in power. The Angry 5, 4, NOW 3 are losing ground. Admit it, you're no longer in control and are in the minority now. But let's focus on someone's LinkedIn.

I’d look at who has the majority a little more cautiously. Many of us chose to go with the current leadership instead of voting for more turmoil and recalls. That doesn’t put us in the other camp though. If the NC delivers another underwhelming and lopsided contract, there are going to be a lot more people retiring without their pension bump.

Don't know if you're scoring from home, but PM the former NC Chair weighed in positively on SM regarding the data from the TA dribbling out. If that is not an indictment, I don't know what could be. I'm sure you believe that the company is waiting for a TA to hire the 800 instant retirees that Pat promised if we signed.

I'm not sure how long PM has left here, but if he has endorsed it, that is a clear warning sign, just like the red lights at the hold short.

Perhaps he is still trying to get a management job? I don't know him, but it would not surprise me.

We seem to have a history of union leaders transitioning to management, almost like they have been working for them the entire time.

Yeah, like they've demonstrated loyalty to company goals for a long time. Almost.

Who?

AB? Like I've said in the past, all you guys will own this TA, good or bad, when it finally published in its complete form, and the reality is that even the current NC doesn't believe its getting very far very fast. And you will own the Night of Long Knives firing of the previous NC. Our MEC looks like it is one step above a Banana Republic, and the management sees that. You've burned a tremendous amount of good will and political capital at every turn, and one tangible outcome so far was the jettisoning of furlough protection.

Furlough protection was just an illusion
