Spoke to members of the United MEC, and 100% confirmed that their FACT team was NOT ANONYMOUS! Just listened to the latest podcast and they keep telling us how valuable our FACT team is and how every other ALPA carrier had it. They did except they leave out 1 small detail that the other airlines' fact teams were not anonymous. I have darted my concerns with ZERO response because my questions to them definitely challenge their agenda.
Please Fedex pilots, use your own judgement and common sense. The powers that be are pushing this FACT team hard. While I do agree it is a great resource, IT SHOULD NOT BE ANONYMOUS. There is a reason they want it that way.

Read the MEC email! The FACT team is not anonymous. Names were posted awhile ago. More boogeyman nonsense.

Also BS that some block reps didn’t have any information about it. More false information by the burn it down crowd and their head cheerleader JB.

What's the agenda? This is just more conspiracy. It doesn't matter who is on the MEC, this pilot group is obsessed with the next management climbers conspiracy. Its just mind boggling. My buddy at Delta doesn't even know who is on his MEC nor did he know theres. FACT check team. Why? Because its transparent. The paranoia thats rampant in this pilot group is a function of its disfunction. Its why there was a parking lot deal. Its why there was the RED LETTER. Its why the company was able to do a bait and switch A380 pay rate deal.

Everyone needs to calm down. The BOGIE MAN isn't waiting behind every corner.

With Merle it is. Going to start calling him chicken little. Merle complain all you want about the path senior management is going. There is zero you can do about it except go somewhere else if you don’t like their future plans.

There IS something we can all do about it but you are too obtuse to register it. No pilot thinks they can change the direction of the senior management, but if we don't structure OUR contract which is negotiated and ratified by US, in a way that acknowledges the reality of management's direction - that's our failure.

We control very little but if we fail to control that which we can (which seems to be your position) then we're fools.

To be clear, I read every single word of the email. It says it in plain english, only members of the MEC have access to the names of the member of the FACT team. Us regular line pilots do not.

That is correct. You want their names so you can do a smear campaign on JF? I am surprised that one of the burn it down on the MEC have not leaked their names yet.

They put out an email tonight claiming that information has been withheld from them. If they leak it, then they lied. (To which we'd all be shocked)
