The external posting is out. If you qualify, apply.
The freeze is two years after hiring.

Is the bonus tied to anything in particular?

You will teach a lesson on something such as V1 cut. HR type interview, typical "what if" questions, usually with two Pro managers. No sim or written test, but your resume needs experience as sim instructor, LCA/PCA, military Instructor. Bonus is tied to your performance/eval by your pro manager.

the bonus is the Fedex annual Coporate bonus tied to profits, paid out at the end of the fiscal year.

Don't expect to get an interview for the line if that is your ultimate goal.

Is there any new gouge on sim instructor positions? Pay, what equipment, commuting, etc? Not looking for a flying position later, too old.
