25 years here and sitting at 70%. Can't hold a line, only VTO. Sad part is that I predict Fedex and UPS will be future pilots last choice vs a first or second choice that we have had in the past. The other facet is that management doesn't even see the storm that is brewing on the horizon. Oh sure they will fill future classes but maybe not the same calibur as before. JMHO

It will be a "stepping stone" airline. Fly for a year and move on.

We're already moving toward the "last option." Four pilots in my ANG unit started at legacies the last few months. Only one had FDX as his first choice, and he's now happy at Delta.
