Personal Endorsement. It's what the recommendation has become. Every pilot gets one (!) every ten (!!) years...

There is no such thing anymore. All the recommendations were wiped clean after they came out with the Personal Endorsement program.

FWIW...the first round of applicants with PE's were sent to the pass board recently for review. Good luck to all.

Do you have any idea on how long the board takes to review? Also, do you know when they will re-review if they don't move an applicant forward?

Any idea on how many PEs have been submitted since the program rolled out about 3 months ago?

There is still a place on the app to upload letters of recommendation. Same place you upload your resume. The FedEx pilot would have to give you the letter to attach to the app. I haven't heard if this helps at all or not. Perhaps it's for rec letters from other sources outside of FedEx.

From what the head recruiter told me at the job fair, if you get rejected by the pass board it's a year until they would review you again.

No idea on both questions. We are not allowed to look behind the curtain. Also no clue on how or who from the PE pool gets selected to even go to the pass board.

How long is the PASS Board? Or how long does it take for them to make their decisions, if anybody knows? Thanks!
