For those who havent seen it, our Union has a good website that you can ask specific questions about the TA and receive an answer. It might be a good idea for everyone who has a question to post it. That way we can all learn from others questions and the answers they get.

Someone asked on the ALPA Q and A site how many sim support sessions you could be assigned in a block of R days and would they be considered jeopardy events. The answer avoided answering either question like your average politician. They remain silent on the jeopardy question and state that you could only do 1 sim a day. How many sims can we do in a week or block of R days is the question. What good is the site if it won't give you the "rest of the story" with the answer.

I submitted a Q yesterday and am hoping to get an answer soon.

If you dont get a straight answer, just some response like your average politician, that should tell us something.

More reserves flying sim support equals less flex instructors. This affects everybody, not just flex guys and gals.

How many sims can you do now under the current cab? Answer that and I think you will answer your own question.

If you enjoy the speculation and questionable integrity of the 12 angry men who dominate these boards, the ALPA Q&A site will feel like an encounter with the anti-Christ. Those who prefer to deal in facts rather than unprofessional rumination and ventilation will find the ALPA site useful.
