Something else to think about
As impressive as both the earnings and revenue numbers appear, given the size of FedEx and its $43 billion market cap, the company is still flying higher.
FedEx is projected to grow annual earnings at a 15% rate for the next five years. That rate of growth would be four percentage points faster competitor UPS (UPS), which is projected to grow earnings at a five-year average annual rate of 11%.

I say we vote no and go back with more concessions, just in case we've overreached.

Pipe,
You need to get more rest.
My plan is to vote no.
I have viewed the videos, read the TA, asked the questions on the Q/A forum.
My feelings are that we gave up too much. There are some things I like, but not much. The TA we were given did not come close to the established goals of the NC. Look on youtube at the December 2014 and January 2015 NC updates.
Do you think that a 3% average raise meets the meaningful increase to compensation?
Do you think that no change to the A plan was acceptable?
What about a six week bid month?
Do you honestly think that your quality of life will improve with this TA?
A six year contract with FedEx negotiating history is outright absurd!
What is your plan Pipe? To rollover and take it?
This contract IS NOT industry leading. WB FO pay rates are behind American Airlines.
I am basing my decision on facts, not what ifs? I suggest you do the same thing!

I was just pointing out a few of the ridiculous things that have many of our brothers scared of their own shadows.
