PNP is not adequately defined on page 55. So I don't know if I agree with the list on page 366.

I'd like to see 3.b.i. broken into four, with PMU, CMU then RAT, then SUB but not all on the same line.

I don't know why PNP is higher than CMU. I don't think it should be.

Anything that pushes SUB down the list is good from my perspective. But that may not be a universal pilot perspective. I'd be interested in your thoughts.

In the absence of a congruent counter, I think this calls for a redo.

Again, no critique of the negotiators. This might be trifling.
