Disruption Pay
I think they will need a lot of draft and volunteer flying in the next few years. It would help the company if they included disruption pay in those two categories.
Why?
You can have a trip that will pay more in disruption than a single 50% additive, especially the way things have been recently. But the draft or volunteer flyer will be paid less than if she did it at straight time plus the disruptions. That will discourage draft and volunteer.
How much cogitation went into fixing this? The company needed better advisors.
Certainly not necessary for a do-over though. But it's slowly adding up.
