Black dot = SDDH.

For the record, pull up a bid pack from last peak. You'll see lots of black dots.

What does the red border around some open time trips mean?

If you're talking about the trip displayed as a bar on the linear calendar, those are RFO trips. If you mean red around the trip in the actual list of open trips, those are DPs (assuming you correctly entered the DPs in the proper area or downloaded them).

In the case of the 757, in BidX Mobile calendar view, they are I believe 2000 and 3000 'series' trips. Not sure how they end up being coded like that (maybe HKG crew for currency?), but they are neither disputed, nor RFO trips.

Many, many people have quoted this. Where did it exactly say he was referring to efficiency gains solely gained from the CBA with Fedex pilots?

In fact, the only place I've seen reference to it is a report, quoting "Fedex management" and are words of the reporter, not a direct quote.
