Default FedEx Jumpseat

I am calling the 866 number to try to jumpseat tonight, but the recording is asking me to enter my ID and PIN. Never had that before. Have they changed number to call jumpseat coordination?

Thanks

There was a computer outage for a while.
Should be fixed.
Try again if you like.
