$300,000??? There are a few who have made that much, BUT they are working more than 20 days per month. If you want any kind of life, you will make a lot less than that.

Yes, I agree.

Top rate is just over $1000 a day. Plus overtime, bonuses, and per diem.

I know of many who have 19 years in service and are still around $ 110,000 and have no idea when they might be able to make a step up to a higher paying aircraft.

They have been paid according to the contract that was voted in by the pilots, no?

As a matter of fact management has violated the contract over and over. Federal judges have repeatedly ruled against them. So No! The pilots are not being treated according to their contract. And a man who will not treat his long serving employees with integrity will not treat new employees with any decency at all.

Default Load of lies

If you are smart you will avoid Flexjet. The promise’s made by management are just that, promises!

Simple thing to do. Find pilot with a Flight Options badge ask them if the people that run Flexjet are honest and have their backs. They have been promised the world by KR and are still the lowest paid pilots in the industry. Those of you that say that’s what the union got them....WRONG...the union asked for top pay, Management only agreed to the low pay scale and zero parity during arbitration hearings! Management promises to the pilots at Flexjet are dangles, nothing more. Don’t believe me, ask them how did they spend the Bonus they were promised at acquisition from Bombardier? Yep ZERO

Don’t waste a few years of valuable seniority time somewhere else by wasting it at Flexjet.

Don’t waste the time interviewing!

They were paid the amount only offered by management, the union wanted industry leading pay and benefits!

That contract was negotiated during what most consider to be the worst economic downturn in US history.

Now when management could have stepped up and fixed the pay scale as promised for years the real truth came out and there was never any intention of doing so in the first place. Instead it is still a variation of the pay scale set forth in KR book Management by Trust which states to only pay your top 10 percent or so the highest wage allowing 80 percent to be below industry standard and look to constantly be firing your bottom 10 percent

When FO and TA merged there was a combined 980 or so pilots. That dwindled to 360 pilots by the time FO and FJ merged. They had also about 350 pilots or so for a total of 700 plus pilots. On the latest combined seniority list there are 562 pilots. This is the company that was supposed to be having a hiring boom!!!! Just look at the real numbers. Don't pay attention to the facts folks. There is nothing to see here. Just move along!!!!!
