But it sounds like the first couple days of class are virtual now and largely about setting up your technology? Or does it not include that device?

My guess is with the new raises a lot of pilots that bypassed the phenom are taking the upgrades now. Hopefully new hires can easily get into the Legacy and Challenger now.

There are still quite a few Challenger/Praetor FOs who have bypassed and I don't see them jumping to the Phenom unless the seat lock is greatly reduced in writing because upgrade times to the Challenger/Praetors are already so low you're likely to be stuck in the Phenom while others less junior to you will upgrade to the DRL fleets first. If they amend the seat lock to something more reasonable then I see people jumping to Phenom PIC positions otherwise I don't see the current trend changing. People like myself with families who need more cash sooner rather than later will go to the Phenom and those who can afford to stay in the larger cabins will continue to do so. IMHO.
