This is great news for the fractional industry. Hopefully In a few months CS gives their guys a pay increase. Like I said, we should keep fractional pay at the Majors' level, and NetJets can't do it alone. The fractional industry has come of age.

Other items. O/t pay for holidays, passport reimbursement, increased uniform allowance, 7/7 skd. available. I had the whole message, but it said it was confidential, and didn't want to get anyone in trouble. Looks like a GREAT package

Great job with pay but please add more domiciles!!!!! Not everyone wants to live in Denver or Eastward... The Left Coast is the Best Coast. C'mon!!!!!

So far, customers aren't there. Talk to the sales department - get them to sell more shares west of the Mississippi.

And how about a Midwest base first? DFW doesn't count.

Believe that is Capt.'s pay. F/o pay is approx. the following, based on 202 days flown.
1. 56K
2. 58K
3. 62K
4. 66K
5. 69K
6. 73K
