Default Non CFI training - Free

Hi All,
I am currently in the process in completing my CFI and CFII. I have seen couple of jobs being advertised by companies like CAE offering to pay for CFI/CFII training in return for 36 months commitment. My question is this on the level and anyone in this forum have any experience of working for CAE in their non-CFI program. What happens if you have to leave prior to the 36months?

Thanks
Jake

Also interested in hearing more on this. Don't think I would commit to a 36-month deal but would consider a 12-month commitment for a CFI ticket.
