Flight training in the chicago Area
Hey guys,
Im currently in the process of getting my Visa sorted to live in the US, i recently got married to a US citizen and have just received my immigration interview date for my greencard. Once i have the green card i plan on starting flight training in the chicago area(hopefuly this summer) and plan initially on doing this aswell as working full time at a job elsewhere.
Has anyone done any flight training in the chicago area and can recommend any flight schools??? The nearest airport to me seems to be palwaukee and and a flight school i might be interested in there is palwaukee flyers, Anyone trained there at all??
Being a non US citizen for the time being i cant go the AllATP route. My plan currently is to work full time to try build up some funds whilst obtaining my PPL and instrument rating, beyond that i may then opt for a more intensive flight training schedule upto CFI level and hopefully find a job in the area doing that for a year or two while i build my hours.
So can anyone recoomend any schools in the area???? especially ones that employ CFI's once training is complete??
Thanks for your help
