Default Best books and apps for PPL beginners?

Hi! I think there are many experienced pilots or FI-s are here to give me some advise please.
I ve read my PPL book completely and some others as well which I have on my ipad. But I ve found way too much apps to help beginners... do you recommend me some? (Some i ve downloaded is total bull******... )
With tests, or pictures, maybe something interactive. I prefer apps with free trial or something really good and useful.
Thx
Carla

I'd go through the FAA handbooks if you haven't already, they're all free if you're willing to read on a tablet.

I used Sporty's Study Buddy app to study for my ppl written. I have nothing negative to say about it. I believe you have to pay for the app, however (at least at the time) they have a free web based version you can used.

http://flybetter.com.au/book-one-third-edition

I’ve been pouring over the 4 books on the website that I linked above along with “Stick and Rudder”. Great stuff.

I also bought “The Illustrated Guide to Aerodynamics” by H.C. “Skip” Smith on Amazon which I’m also enjoying.

As far as the other stuff, I think the books by Bob Gardner on ASA or Barry Schiff seem to do the trick along with the FAA ones. They all say the same stuff, just depends on preference. I’m a reader, but for those who aren’t there are all sorts of videos and tools out there.

Oh and I also just got “The Killing Zone” by Paul Craig. Haven’t really dug into it but seems like it’ll be worthwhile.

The best aviation page I think is
Online Flight Training Courses and CFI Tools | Boldmethod .... quizzes, article, a lot of knowledge.

For practice, like ppl exam, weather, navi etc etc topics,
Best apps for pilots - iPhone, iPad, Android | Pilotapplications.com you can read about and choose from many different apps, and also can look around at Foreflight com or similar

this homepage show the books I just googled out? https://www.thebalancecareers.com/bo...raining-282673 but I am really confused, is it worth to read everything, or the goal is just to find the best book, which contains "all" knowledge, like my PPL book (it's a hungarian one, as I fly here).
