Default Cadet programs for non-students

With so many regionals and 135 operations starting up cadet programs, are there any for those of us who are not in full time education? It seems like you need to be a student at a partner college for most of the programs. I am working on my commercial and was interested if there was anything that I could apply to that may help with my career goals.

Republic has one. Check it out under careers on their website. Gotta have at least an instrument rating to interview.
