Teaching is not hard. Its the way you present the information in relation to the students background knowledge of the subject matter being presented. If you have a foreign student you would have a certain approach due to their language barrier ect. With American students you can have a more straight forward approach. This is all accomplished through lesson planning. Referencing manuals is actually a good thing. At times your mind will slip, we are human.

You reading from a book to me isn’t groundschool, I can do that myself.
And if you think teaching is easy you’re really not trying very hard to be good and frankly disrespecting the profession.
