It is well known that the best pilots come from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

If I remember correctly, 40% of all pilots flying today for the majors graduated from Embry Riddle。 40%!

I’d wager that’s a high number because for a while they were one of the few big names in town. Now that other public universities are getting in the game that number will start going down.

I certainly have my doubts as to that stat’s accuracy, but I don’t have any of my own facts to refute it so I chose not to address the claim directly.
