Default Instrument Rating

What's the best way to go about getting your instrument rating at a ma and pa flight school part 61. With no ground school classes there I'm guessing online ground school?

Your CFII can teach your ground school. If they don't offer a formal class, he/she could just teach you 1-on-1.
