ABK MAN- Unfortunately I think your best bet it to keep that paper logbook, with the two entries in it. I'm assuming you've made new entries in the hardback logbook? Anyone else think differently?
Also, as far as corrections go, I don't cross anything out, or use white out. I make a single new entry that says "Correction for math error on 3/25/07" with the + or - time in the appropriate column.
Whatever works for you is good enough. Theres plenty of variety out there in peoples logbooks.
