One down, six to go....
Passed my AMEL checkride today, now only six more in the next 2 months. :) Instrument is in 3 weeks....so I'm hitting the books....

I actually felt very well prepared for this checkride....hope I can say the same for the rest! |

Overall for the general population, I share your exact sentiments. I also know that there are a "few" people that this type is perfect for because they can soak it up very well. Still there's that whole lack of "real" world experience, but that's what makes it so fun. |

Congrats!! Thats a lot to do in such short time but if your dedicated enough im sure youll do just fine!

Which ATP are you going to......I did a "suprise" visit at two different ones, both Chicago & Orlando, was "NOT" impressed with their Flight Instructors at all. I had my financing all approved to go there, and cancelled my training prior to starting and the funds being disbursed, as I didn't like their attitudes.
They thought since they were a Flight Instructor they were "god" or "their **** didn't stink".....I was really shocked, and it was like that at both places. Just wondering which ATP you are going to and if you have experienced the same! |
