Yeah, I think my friend did it in two weeks. Back then, the CFI's course was out of Henderson and I don't believe they had problems getting an airplane. It was a long time ago. Guess things have changed.

Sounds like you have better intel on the place than I do. The only places I've known friends to go to for a quikie CFI course was ATP and Shebles.

I am considering getting my MEI through ATP, but is there really a waiting list? I would be willing to work for them.

On a side note: Does anyone know who to talk to about employment there, besides the desk guys?

I have heard a guy by the name of Jim is very helpfull all the way around. Ask one of the desk guys for him, I think he may be the manager of something....not really sure.

Anyone else have any ideas on a school for an acceler. CFI course? Has anyone had a GOOD ride with the FAA at a certain FSDO?
