Here is a listing of the internship's and other jobs available to UND students. You can still fly and get a non-aviation degree. I believe the minor is called Professional Flight.

Hey guys maybe this topic can help answer a few questions (please no flaming ><). So I am currently enrolled at the ERAU Prescott Campus, and truth be told I am hating it. I have been seriously considering transferring to UND after the end of this semester and was wondering if I could get some insight on the school.
Seeing as many of you are post graduates, was it easy to find jobs in the industry upon graduation? Does UND have a lot of internship and co-op programs available to the students? Also, is it possible to fly through the school while doing an non-flight related degree program? And if so, is it possible to get flight costs covered under school tuition so that student loans may be used?
Please I am hoping to avoid sprouting a flame war between the two schools and would just like some facts from past students and I thank you all for taking the time to read this.

The truth is, no one cares if you went to ERAU, UND or SOHK (School Of Hard Knocks) or what your degree is. It is true that there are internship opportunities and reduced hiring minimums at the REGIONAL level but getting a job at the regionals is NOT hard. Besides, if you're young, you should enjoy the journey. After 2 years of airline flying I can tell you that airline flying is some of the most boring flying you'll do.
All that said, I went to UND '05 graduate. GO SIOUX!!!

Not a UNDer. I'm a ERAUer.

At any rate, why are you leaving the A-bus for 76/75? Just curious.
