Default Spin Endorsement in Socal

Looking to get my spin endorsement for my CFI in the SoCal area. Anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks!

I don't have a recommendation of an individual, but if you haven't previously done aerobatics, I highly recommend getting your endorsement from an aerobatics instructor in an aerobatic plane. It may cost $50 more than spinning a 152, but it's well worth it.

Did you decide not to do AF? Spin endorsement is part of the academy.

These guys are at KSEE, and they used to have a citabria(?) and a part-time instructor to give full aerobatic training.

How long is the spin training program? Does one have to master spin recovery to receive an endorsement?

For a cfi endorsement, yes you have to spin and recover the aircraft. It can be done ine one ground session and one flight.
