Find a new school or go buy some block time somewhere.

You pre-purchase a block of hours 10, 20, 50, 100.... and get a discounted rate for doing so. It can be a wet or dry rate. Wet=fuel included, dry= you pay for the gas.

Really??? You're a private pilot and the FBO that rents you the airplane has limitations/restrictions on who you can fly with? I've heard of something similar - I couldn't take anyone on my commercial cross-country training flights - but I was never restricted on who I could take flying otherwise. Maybe you should take people up flying who ARE NOT your friends?
